Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Lumière for use of the service.
Version2026-06-27
§C1Service “as available” & third-party AI
Lumière integrates third-party AI providers. Their availability, models, capabilities, quality, pricing and terms can change, degrade, or be withdrawn at any time without notice, outside Lumière’s control — for example, a model may be retired overnight.
Lumière is not liable for any such change or removal, for a provider’s refusal to generate, or for a provider’s output. AI features are provided “as available”; specific models or features may be modified or removed accordingly, and no specific model or feature is guaranteed.
Lumière will fail over to alternatives where possible (a pluggable AI-generation interface) but does not guarantee continuity of any particular capability. You accept this third-party dependency as a condition of use.
§C3Your use & generations; indemnity
Lumière is not liable for what you create. You warrant that your prompts, uploads and outputs are lawful and that you hold the rights necessary to use them, and you indemnify Lumière against claims arising from your use.
§C7Billing
The service runs on prepaid Production Minutes / credits, with a hard stop at zero — no surprise overage. Subscription tiers unlock entitlement-gated add-ons; AI generation is metered as credits.
Consumed credits are non-refundable. Prepaid credits do not expire while you remain subscribed. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the period; enterprise plans are annual. EU VAT is handled at checkout and an invoice is issued per payment.
§C8Early-access & beta features
Features marked early-access or coming soon (such as Lumière Local, timeline/NLE export, and AI generation) are provided as-is, may change, and carry no availability guarantee.
§C9Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Lumière disclaims implied warranties and excludes indirect or consequential damages. A liability cap applies (the figure and scope are to be set by counsel).
§C10Governing law & jurisdiction
Governing law and jurisdiction are EU / Hungary (placeholder), to be finalised by counsel and aligned with Hungarian consumer law and EU law.
