Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with Lumière, and the rights you confirm in your content.

Version2026-06-27

§C4Prohibited uses

You may not use Lumière to create or process: child sexual abuse material or content sexualising minors; non-consensual sexual content; real-person deepfakes (especially of public figures); extreme violence; content that infringes intellectual property; or any otherwise unlawful content.

A violation is a breach and triggers an enforcement ladder — warning, then revocation of AI-generation entitlement, then suspension. This protects the shared provider accounts on which the service depends.

§C5Your content responsibility

You warrant that you hold the rights to the footage you upload and to its use — including any people, music, and trademarks it contains — and that you are responsible for your own legal and broadcast compliance.
